I had the pleasure of joining a startup (that didnt make it) and was sold off to a larger company, but i dont regret it for a minute!

I think the startups in LA are better.

I once spent time at a start-up where my boss’ ego was so big, he constantly smoked in front of everyone and in meetings… even though folks around him were non-smokers.
